Calmic meets SDEC on digital tools for Sarawak infrastructure delivery
Working meeting in Kuching on digital collaboration and quantitative schedule risk tools for state infrastructure projects.
KUCHING, SARAWAK — Calmic Sdn Bhd has held a working meeting with the Sarawak Digital Economy Corporation (SDEC) to discuss digital collaboration in support of infrastructure project delivery in the state.
The discussion centred on practical use of digital tools to improve schedule visibility and risk management on public and industrial projects. Calmic presented RiSiQ, its platform for quantitative project schedule and cost risk analysis, as a possible complement to existing project controls and monitoring practices used by agencies and project teams in Sarawak.
Both parties explored how locally relevant digital solutions can support clearer decision-making, earlier identification of delay risk, and stronger accountability on major programmes — in line with Sarawak’s wider digital economy and infrastructure delivery agenda.
Calmic said it welcomes continued engagement with SDEC and relevant state stakeholders as it advances pilot discussions and possible pathways for institutional adoption.
